After 8 years I found a defect in one of my windows. I called John and explained the issue. Without hesitation he asked a few questions and order me a new window at no cost.
Excellent customer service. Thank You Best Windows.

I recently had Best Windows replace the picture window in my bay window, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The installation team arrived promptly and worked efficiently, completing the job in a timely manner despite chilly weather. They were also very professional and respectful of my home, ensuring all debris was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The new window looks fantastic, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of both the product and the installation. I highly recommend Best Windows for anyone considering window replacement.

I used Best Windows in our old house and was incredibly satisfied with the quality of the windows and the service to quote, measure, and install. We moved 3 years ago and have selected Best Windows again for the house we now live in which was build in the 70's. The windows are great, the installers are amazingly quick, super clean, polite and professional, and the follow up by Steve when I had a small follow up was fantastic! We love this company and highly recommend. Thanks, John!!!

A little late on this post. Wanted to give it a good year to see how the windows held up...AND THEY ARE GREAT!!! Had all our windows and sliding door replaced in January of 2015. Yes, right in the middle of a midwest winter. John was great! So easy to work with. After multiple high pressure visits from those "other" window guys we decided to go with Best Windows Inc and haven't regretted a bit! No pressure at all...Thanks Best Windows!

Addendum: 8 years later and already had to replace 2 windows a few years ago(one leaked and the other one lost the seal between panes and started looking like a petri dish). Tried to get someone from Best Windows but no one ever showed, don’t count on any warranties. Now we have two more that need replacing because of the mold growing between the panes and also leaking when it rains. Should have known it was too good to be true.😭

John was very helpful. He made suggestions to get the best value. His price is straightforward and very competitive. No nonsense. The windows seem to be good quality. Time will tell.

The installers were professional and efficient. Everything looks good and passed inspection with no questions.

Overall, highly recommended.

John helped my wife and me find a reasonably priced solution for the replacement of original single-pane windows in our three seasons room several years ago. He also stands behind the product and has replaced a window through warranty even years after installation (gas flush seal failed). Would recommend for anyone planning a window project.

This place is legit. The next closest quote was thousands away for a similar product. You can get cheaper products but I am satisfied with the outcome and quality, overall. Will update to five stars once the rubber seal is replaced on my screen door (small cut on the bottom, but would have thought it would be done by now).

Best Windows does an excellent job installing and serving their windows. A real professional outfit. I have had Best replace windows in my home at various times. The oldest were done in 2008, and these windows still perform as if they were new.
